Financial Aid
At Teton Valley Ranch Camp, we believe all kids deserve the opportunity to adventure in Wyoming’s wilderness. TVRC offers need-based financial aid to new and returning families for whom the cost of attendance is a barrier. Financial aid applications open annually on October 1 and close on February 15.
In addition to financial need, TVRC considers a camper’s motivation for the experience, previous attendance at TVRC, extenuating family circumstances, and family legacy at TVRC. Each summer, we award approximately $100,000 in financial aid.
The TVRC Scholarship Endowment supports our financial aid program. Tuition at TVRC covers roughly 80% of the cost of each camper’s summer, while generous support of the Annual Fund and Scholarship Endowment from parents, alumni, and friends of TVRC covers the remaining 20%. In order to apply, the following documents are required:
- TVRC Financial Aid Application (see link below)
- A $250 deposit paid via check
- Family Tax Returns for the last 2 tax years
- Statement of Need Letter from Parent / Guardian
- Letter of Interest from Camper
- Three letters of recommendation from non-family members
- Application and supporting documents must be submitted to TVRC by February 15.
