Join us on the Ranch for Final Rodeo!
We invite alumni, past staff, family members, and Friends of TVRC to join in on the fun of Final Rodeo and celebrate our Boys’ and Girls’ camp seasons
If you hope to attend Final Rodeo, and are not a current camp parent, please complete the RSVP Form below so we have an accurate understanding of who we are expecting on the Ranch.

Boys’ Season Final Rodeo
Saturday, July 12th, 2025
- 10:30 am - Arrival / Rodeo Start
- 11:30 am - 1:30 pm - Lunch Available (BBQ style picnic)
- 3:00 pm - Celebration of the Season & Social Hour
Girls’ Season Final Rodeo
Wednesday, August 13th, 2025
- 10:30 am - Arrival / Rodeo Start
- 11:30 am - 1:30 pm - Lunch Available (BBQ style picnic)
- 3:00 pm - Celebration of the Season & Social Hour
Details for Final Rodeo
- Upon arrival, please follow the parking directions and park your car in the pasture before proceeding on to the Rodeo Arena.
- Stick around after the Rodeo for closing comments on the season and a celebration of our Trailblazers.
- We will be offering small bites and refreshments during the Social Hour.
- Please do not bring dogs to the Ranch during the Final Rodeo. Dogs add a layer of complexity and challenge that is difficult to control. Even the most mellow of dogs has the potential of running away, biting someone or spooking a horse- leading to greater injury. If a dog must attend, please keep them away from the Rodeo Arena and in your vehicle. We appreciate your compliance with this policy.
