YOUR CABIN COUNSELORS

The Cabin Counselors and Program Leaders at Teton Valley Ranch Camp bring life to the TVRC experience. Many have attended our camp themselves and help carry on our strong traditions and sense of community that began years ago.

All of our Summer Staff undergo a rigorous screening and interview process before being offered a position. Throughout the spring our staff takes part in pre-summer training through online assignments to familiarize themselves with their position, our organization, and our overall mission statement. Our Trip Leader Training and All Staff Orientation are focused trainings, specific to their particular position at TVRC.
